The Cool Thing About This House . . .

. . . besides the tons of storage and ample living space is having my own office. Right now, I'm blogging and watching "Grease." I'm sure the combination of computer access/television will only add pounds and take years off my life, but it is pretty handy. Today, I let Matthew watch "Little Bear" while I researched HIPAA laws, window treatments and paint colors. (I know, those topics have nothing to do with each other, but I have a short attention span.)

From all my research, I've decided to paint the guest bath a deep blue-gray to contrast the white wainscoting and fixtures. I've decided to go with a light blue/brown color scheme with modern furniture in my office. And I'm very tempted to go with an orangy color for the kitchen, but I haven't made up my mind on that yet. Maybe a muted green color. The problem is there are too many colors to choose from and come July 4th, I may be standing in front of the paint chip counter, too overwhelmed by the choices to move.
