On the Way to Daycare . . .

Matt: I want to stop at Schnuck's (local grocery store) and get Daddy a special surprise.

Me: What kind of special surprise?

Matt: Um . . . I'm thinking . . . Daddy would like . . . foot powder.

On the way home from daycare:

Matt: Mama, I went to Schnuck's today and got you a special surprise!

Me: Really? What did you get me?

Matt: Foot powder!

Me: Foot powder?

Matt: It's girl foot powder. It smells like M & Ms.


I don't know why he has a new obsession with foot powder, but I must admit it's amusing.
