Organizational Skills: Priceless

I have very little organizational skill when it comes to housekeeping. File a 30 page brief on time? You bet. Find the stupid cord to download pictures from the camera to the computer? Can't seem to find that cord. I had it here just a few weeks ago. Where could it have gone?

I have the CUTEST pictures of Matthew demonstrating his new faces of emotion ("emotions" was the topic of the week at daycare a couple of weeks ago) -- worthy of an Oscar if I do say so myself -- and his birthday pictures and some pictures of the awesome flowers I won from our office building lobby. But can I find the cord to share these with you? Evidently not. Never fear, I will keep looking for it, and when I do find it, I will post said pictures for your viewing pleasure.

The most likely reason I can't find the cord is the upheaval we are going through in moving the rooms around and culling out toys that the boys no longer play with. This is the third weekend of trying to organize the mess. We did some major stuff tonight in finally getting the audio/video equipment set up and Matthew's dresser moved in his room and the closets arranged for toys and clothes. I am really excited that the house is taking shape and becoming semi-attractive. You just have to pardon the scattered toys and mismatched socks laying here and there.

I will continue to search for the cord and post the pictures as soon as possible.
